Generations of Exceptional
Horsemanship

I have been immersed in the horse and cattle industry my entire life. My foundation began with my father, Chuck Pancost, who trained Quarter Horses on the racetrack and won significant purses in New Mexico, Colorado, and Texas. After their racing careers, many of those horses went on to work on our family ranch in Central CO. Working alongside both my mother and my father from a young age, I started colts “the cowboy way” by the time I was 12. I also grew up ranching and putting up hay with my family before we eventually settled in Northeastern Colorado to run Black Angus pairs.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of learning under many respected trainers and breeding operations throughout Colorado and New Mexico, gaining experience in reining, cowhorse, and roping.

Alongside hands-on training, I’ve dedicated time to studying equine behavior, nutrition, and musculoskeletal health, which has been key to developing sound, confident colts, ranch horses, and performance horses. I continue to broaden my experience by working winters on ranches across Colorado to sharpen my cattle management practices.

At the heart of my program is a simple belief: you can never know everything about horses or cattle. I am committed to asking questions, seeking new knowledge, and always striving to do better for both horse and rider.
