Client Horse Spotlight: Figured You French

The only thing I enjoy more than starting good colts is having the opportunity to further those colts education for an excellent owner. Figured You French has been with me since the beginning of the year and he has been one of the nicest minded colts I've ever had the pleasure of starting. He is easy going but prompt and naturally balanced. This gelding is the ultimate "yes man" in the arena AND on the ranch. He is a true testament to the versatility of the horses produced by Sansarc Rose Quarter Horses.

My favorite way to develop a young horse is to use them on the ranch. It encourages versatility and a sound mind for the rest of their life because they become exposed to so many situations that you simply cannot create in an arena. I will always be a believer that a performance stockhorse that has spent time on a working cattle ranch and has proven themselves to be a good, reliable horse will shine in the show pen.
